What counts as one AI generation?

Credits pay for generations. A brand identity or a product image is 1 credit (each extra image variation is 1 more). Video uses more compute, so it costs more: a product video is 12–30 credits depending on quality and length, and a talking UGC avatar is 50 credits — the exact amount always shows on the Generate button before you spend. Edits and small refinements don't count, only fresh generations. Free includes 10 one-time credits to explore, and paid plans run from 100 credits/mo ($15) up to 600 ($100).

What happens when I hit my monthly limit?

You won't be locked out — Lorvy queues your next runs for the next cycle and shows an upgrade prompt. Nothing already generated disappears. You can also upgrade mid-cycle and the new credits stack immediately.

Do you train models on my catalog?

No. Your workspace is isolated. We use the Anthropic API with a no-training contract — your data is never used to train models and is never shared between workspaces.

Can I cancel? Will I get refunded?

Yes. Cancel any time from settings in one click — no calls. Every paid plan is also refundable at any time: we refund 70% of what you paid for the current period (a 30% processing fee is retained). No haggling, no forms.

Is the output actually ready to hand off to a photographer or copywriter?

Yes — that's the design constraint behind every tool. Color palettes, typography pairings, voice pillars, brand boards, on-brand product scenes — Lorvy makes them specific and ready to use, not a mood board.

Can I use Lorvy for Amazon marketplaces outside the US?

Yes. The brief fields are language-agnostic — describe your product in any language and Lorvy produces output in that language. Marketplace-specific voice profiles and localization presets are on our roadmap.

Do you offer team or agency plans?
